new year's

I can't believe that it's almost 2014! Time has flown. J and I are celebrating our 3rd anniversary, and I still feel like we just got married! I hope you've all had a wonderful holiday and that you enjoy the transition into a new year tomorrow. I never cared about new year's before, but now that it's our anniversary I've really begun to reflect on the past year and what I hope for in the future. For me, new year's eve is a day to think about the person I am and the person that I want to be, and a reminder to work everyday to become that person.

Anyway, enough of that! Go drink some champagne and celebrate the start of another year! That's what we'll be doing!

(ps, for those of you who've been asking, I'm planning to add a few new paintings to the shop sometime around the 10th!)
