E-commerce: We offer products/services for sale on this site using Squarespace. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with Stripe and Paypal to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. They share contact information and billing/shipping address. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, If you are not completely satisfied with your painting you can return it for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. All paintings should be returned in original condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item. We strongly advise using a trackable mail service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your return is processed we will promptly issue a credit. 

Intellectual Property: This site contains intellectual property owned by Tara Andris Art LLC, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. However, we want you to share our content. anytime you choose to share an image from this website please properly credit Tara Andris.
