look familiar?

I told you I couldn't get that picture out of my head. My newest painting is obviously inspiried by that damn cloud I've been so focused on. I think I'm so hung up because it's my two obsessions together - clouds and flowers, though now I think it looks more like a peony than a lotus! We're not far yet, but I'll update you as soon as it gets a little further.

And by the way, I'm kinda digging the size...
